These Terms govern your use of inktells.com and the purchase of handwriting analysis reports from InkTells (“we”, “InkTells”). By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

We provide a personalized handwriting analysis (graphology) report prepared from the handwriting sample and personal details you submit (name, age, gender, writing hand and a photo of your handwriting). The report is delivered digitally as a PDF to your WhatsApp and email, normally within 24 hours of our receiving your handwriting sample.

2. Price & payment

The current price of the report is ₹199 (or as displayed at checkout), payable in advance through our payment gateway. Prices and offers may change at any time.

3. Your responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and complete details. Reports generated from incorrect information cannot be corrected free of charge unless the error was ours.
• You confirm you are at least 18 years old.
• If you order a report for another person, you confirm you have their consent.

4. Nature of the report — important

Handwriting analysis (graphology) is offered here for guidance, self-reflection and personal-growth purposes only. It is not a psychological, medical or diagnostic assessment, and our reports are not a substitute for professional advice. We make no guarantee of any specific result or outcome, and you agree that decisions you take based on the report are your own responsibility. Please also read our Disclaimer.

5. Intellectual property

All content on this website and within the reports is owned by us and provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not resell, redistribute or reproduce it without our written permission.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled as described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the report. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
