Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be happy with your report. This policy explains when refunds apply for purchases made on inktells.com.
1. Before your report is delivered
Since each report is prepared manually and personally for you, once preparation has begun we may not be able to cancel it. If you contact us before we start, we will cancel and refund your order in full.
2. After delivery โ satisfaction guarantee
If you feel the report does not provide the value promised, email us within 7 days of delivery explaining the issue. We will first offer to correct or improve the report. If you are still not satisfied, we will process a full refund.
3. Wrong details
If the report was prepared using incorrect details that you provided, we will happily re-issue a corrected report; a refund may not apply in this case. If the error was ours, we will correct it free of charge or refund you.
4. How to request a refund

- Tell us briefly why you’re requesting a refund;
- Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5โ7 business days.
