To prepare your personalized report and process your order, we collect:
- Your full name, email address and mobile/WhatsApp number;
- Your age, gender and writing hand;
- A photo of your handwriting sample that you send us;
- Your preferred report language;
- Payment confirmation details from our payment processor (we do not store your card/UPI credentials);
- Basic technical/usage data such as device, browser and pages viewed, via cookies and analytics/advertising pixels.
2. How we use your information
- To prepare your personalized handwriting analysis report;
- To deliver the report to you via WhatsApp and email;
- To process payments and provide customer support;
- To measure and improve our advertising and website performance;
- To send you service-related or, with your consent, promotional messages (you may opt out anytime).
3. Third-party services
We share limited data only with trusted providers who help us run the service:
- Razorpay (or our payment gateway) — to process payments securely;
- Google — to store lead details and for analytics;
- Meta / Facebook — for advertising measurement via the Meta Pixel;
- WhatsApp and email providers — to deliver your report and communicate with you.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
4. Cookies & tracking
